1) Please uphold the spirit of the game. If there is a discrepancy during the
course of the match, please find Ante.

2) All matches will begin and end with a handshake or fist bump.

3) Players will keep their own points, announcing the server’s points first.

4) This is a DOUBLE elimination tournament.

5) All matches prior to the semi-finals and final will be a best of three (3) game
format. Semi-Finals and Finals will be a best of five (5) game format.

6) All games will be played to eleven (11) points. If there is a tie at 10-10, a
win by two (2) point system is enacted.

7) After each game, players will switch sides of the table.

8) First service is determined by an opening rally that must cross over the net
three (3) times. Winner of rally has opening serve.

9) Serving will transfer after two (2) points. Exception: After tied 10-10
(“Deuce”), service alternates at every point.

10) Winner of game 1 retains serve for game 2 and so on and so forth.

11) A serve is in play when the ball touches the table. If the ball strikes the
table’s legs or misses the table completely, the serve is replayed with no
foul. This is deemed a “No Table Touch”

12) “Let” is when the service ball touches the net prior to bouncing on the
returners side. This serve will be re-played. If a “Let” occurs again, the
returner gets the point.

13) All serving is open-table format. A successful serve must hit the server’s
side of the table and bounce over the net and hit the returner’s side to be
valid.

14) A point can only be scored if the ball touches the table surface or edge.
This does not include the vertical sides of the table.

15) If a ball is long of the table, there is no penalty for catching or stopping it
with your paddle. This is only a rule in Tennis.

16) Players are not allowed to touch the table with their Non-Paddle Hand.
Doing so will result in a point to the opponent.

17) If a ball is deemed defective or unplayable, a new ball will be introduced
with an announcement ‘New Ball’.

18) The ball must bounce before being played. No hitting the ball out of the air
before the bounce.
